We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, so we make our returns policy simple. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased. Just return it to us in its original condition "unworn" within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We are sorry that we cannot pay for the postage though, unless it is faulty. Please make sure you send it registered post as the item is yours until we receive it.
All refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card or bank account of the original transaction. We are happy to refund the full value of unwanted goods that are returned to Ellovie Kids Clothing in original condition within 14 days. Items returned after 14 days may, at our discretion will be issued with a credit voucher to be used on our website. Goods returned after 28 days cannot be accepted.
Ellovie Kids Clothing reserve the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
